I am Dr. Karim Torres the creator and founder of Fourfecta One Wellness Group Community as a health professional and mother with two neurodiverse children I know that the person that need more attention and care is a woman mother that is trying to take care of everyone else. That's why I create Fourfecta One Wellness Group. A mother needs fulfill is equivalent to her family happiness. We know that as mother you doesn't have enough time to look up for help (for you and your family) as easy and constantly as you need.
Fourfecta One Wellness Group Community was founded seeking to connect the best integral health services creating a chain and resources highly competitive, and accessible. All in one place for the well-being of women and their families with diverse needs.

As professionals our main interest is to work for a better health and a better integral well-being of women and their families. Our mission is that all woman caregivers know that there is a better way to live. To live free of burden, guilt, resentment and sadness. Part of our initiatives is to be able to offer psychoeducational workshops and group therapy to increase knowledge about stigmas surrounding woman life.
